Shipper / Receiver
Responsibilities:
Reports to: Owners, Office Manager and Production Supervisor
The Shipper and Receiver will report directly to the Shipping Supervisor & Production Supervisor on all matters. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Ensure the correct items are shipped and received;
Load and unload trucks which include Sealed Units, Tempered Single Glass and other items
Maintain organization of loading and storage areas in the plant; and
Other tasks that may be required to ensure projects undertaken by HPG are delivered on time, on budget, and on quality.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Good communication skills
Forklift License
Ability to work independently and as part of a team as required
Must be able to lift 50 to 75lb. unassisted. Must be able to lift up to 150lb. with assistance
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Schedule:
11:00am - 7:30pm Shift
